When are the Chat and Phone Support lines open?

If you have a question and would like to speak to an UpTogether Support Agent, the Knowledge Center has multiple support channels. Below are the hours each support channel is available:

Chat Channel Business Hours

  • Monday-Friday
    10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
  • Saturday
    10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST
  • Sunday - Closed

Phone Channel Business Hours

  • Monday-Friday
    10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST
  • Saturday
    10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST
  • Sunday - Closed
