What if I have not received my payment for a paid survey?

If you have not received payment for a survey you completed, please review all communications you’ve received from UpTogether about the particular survey or study to ensure it was indeed a paid opportunity. Many of our surveys (including short surveys on the UpTogether platform) are not paid.

If you have confirmed the survey you completed is a paid survey, check the email you received with the survey link to see if it has a payment date listed. You do not receive a payment immediately after you complete the survey. Payments are processed once surveys are checked for completeness and once the survey window closes.

If you have not received an email from UpTogether noting that a payment has been processed, please check your UpTogether dashboard for details. If your payment has not been received shortly after the conclusion of the survey window, please contact UpTogether Support.
