If you have not received payment for a survey you completed, please review all communications you’ve received from UpTogether about the particular survey or study to ensure it was indeed a paid opportunity. Many of our surveys (including short surveys on the UpTogether platform) are not paid.
If you have confirmed the survey you completed is a paid survey, check the email you received with the survey link to see if it has a payment date listed. You do not receive a payment immediately after you complete the survey. Payments are processed once surveys are checked for completeness and once the survey window closes.
