Error "We were unable to connect your Bank Account"

Error Status: RESOLVED 


Some applicants reported experiencing the above error while applying for Relief Funds.

This error occurred in the "Bank Information Page" of the application after an applicant entered their bank info and clicked on next. 

Our engineers have successfully investigated and resolved this error. We have run a series of tests (including submitting real applications) to ensure the error is no longer present. This error preventing applicants from successfully submitting an application. 

Since the error was resolved we have received thousands of applications. This confirms that the error has been resolved. 

For updates on an already submitted application, please log in to your dashboard using the same Login method you used when you applied.
