Why haven’t I heard back from the Support Center?

Given the extremely high volume of applications received, our support team is unable to respond to each individual request sent through email or the ticket form. 

Our priority is to review and process as many applications as possible, so our full capacity has been dedicated to verifying the thousands of applications received.
