In order for payment to be properly received, you will have to make sure you enter all banking details correctly. In some cases, entering your information incorrectly will show an error message. You can always check to make sure your information is correct by contacting your banking institution. Check out our article to make sure your bank is able to receive funds, and also alternative accounts you can have your funds deposited if you choose not to have direct deposit into a bank account.
Important Note: Once submitted, you will not be able to go back and view or change banking details. If information is entered incorrectly, or you are unsure (and you do not receive an error message before submitting), you will have to contact our support team. This can result in a delay in receiving funds.
Entering incorrect banking information will show the below error. Contact your bank to make sure you are entering the right account information if you are unsure or continue to receive errors. You will also have to make sure your bank accepts these deposits.
