Below is a list of banks that allow individuals without a Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) to open a bank account.

- You will be directed to the parking lot where you speak with a banker by phone
- When documents need to be exchanged or signed the banker will instruct you as to how.
- Foreign nationals need to bring their passport (I would bring another form of ID to verify your identity, just in case)

- To open an account:
- Call the branch to make sure you do not need to set up an appointment with a representative.
- Bring two forms of ID
- One picture ID
- Any other form of ID featuring an expiration date

- Need a consulate card, bill, bank statement, or pay stub as proof of address and as a secondary form of ID

- To qualify for membership you must
- Have attended a Texas University of community college and Have a student ID# (ACC counts),
- Have a family member that banks with them already.
- Are employed by a partner business
