Why was my account marked Restricted?

This means that our payment processor has not been able to verify your identity and/or the payment failed due to incorrect bank account information. To ensure you receive your funds, you must:

First, Verify your Account. Below is a step-by-step on how you can update your profile, once done, you must then:

Step 1:   Sign in to your application dashboard. If you are someone who we need more information you will see the below message. Once signed in, click on "Verify Account". 

  • Note: If you do not see the message below, but your application status had had the "Paid" status for longer than 3 business days and you have not yet received your funds, it could be because the transaction failed and you need to provide valid bank account details. Our engineering team is currently working on a way for you to update your bank account details. Once we have a way for you to update this information, you will be contacted with instructions on how to update this information.
    • The feature should be available within the next two weeks.
    • Unfortunately, there is no other way to update your bank account information at the moment.

Step 2:   Now Click on "Start"

Step 3:   Select the country and/or region where your ID was issued and the type of ID. In this example, we will choose the US and upload a driver's license.

Step 4:   Upload your identification photos/files. In this case, we are uploading the driver's license. We will start by uploading the front of a driver's license.

Step 5:   Now let's upload the backside of the driver's license. Once uploaded, click on complete.

Step 6:   Now update any other information required now or required soon. In this case, we have other information required soon. Click on Update.

Step 7:   Provide DOB and last four of your social security number or ITIN, then click on "Done".

Step 8:   Click on "Done" once again. You will be taken back to your application dashboard and a message with "Account Updated: Thanks for updating your banking account information. Please check back in 24-48 hours for an update."

You are done updating your profile. Our payment processor will verify your information. 

Any payments due will be processed within a business day of when the payment processor verifies your identity. Funds will be deposited into your account within 2-3 business days after payment processed.
