Beware of Scams

We are saddened and angry to learn that scammers may be trying to take advantage of people seeking COVID-19 relief funds through our UpTogether platform. Scams are despicable any time, but to do so now when so many people are hurting is shameful.

To protect yourself, please double-check to make sure the link to the application you are completing has the root URL of “”

Example of a real application URL   ✅browser_1.png

Example of a fake application URL:    ✕browser_2.png

The difference is subtle, but notice in the fake account has “” at the end. The real application will never have a .net, .org, .com, etc anywhere after “”

Also, be aware that we will never call you to ask any questions about - or update you on - your application. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from UpTogether, it is a scam. Please share this information with your family and friends, and if you come across any of the fake applications, please report them by clicking here and selecting “report suspicious activity/scam.”
