Activating a Physical Card
September 10, 2020 update: We currently can not take requests for replacement cards until after 9/28/2020. We apologize for this inconvenience.
August 17, 2020 update: If you request another card (you never received yours or it was lost for example), you will not be able to activate your new card on your own. To get it activated, reach out to our Support Team and provide the name you used on your application, your email address (used for your application) and the last 4 digits of the card.
Also, we are unable to provide balance updates, so as a handy tip, you will want to keep track of how much you spend.
How do I activate my card?
- Log in to your account at fund.uptogether.org/dashboard and click on "Payment Methods" or the "$" sign.
- Make sure to log into your dashboard using the same phone number or email you used when you submitting your application.
- Click the “Activate” button.
- Enter the last four digits on the physical prepaid card account number you received.
- Click “Done"
