Below are some of the common reasons as to why your transactions may be denied.
- The UpTogether Card has not been activated. In order to start using your card, you must first activate your card. Click here to learn how to activate your card.
- Insufficient funds. This means that your UpTogether Card Balance does not have insufficient funds to complete the transaction. NOTE: Charges that are pending will count against your balance. Those pending charges need to clear before you can continue to charge to the card if you still have a balance.
