My survey payment is late. What do I do?

You will receive your survey payments through your UpTogether Personal Fund Account.

Payments take up to 30 business days from the date the survey is completed. Delays are possible due to holidays, technical issues, or banking issues. However, we will work get your payment to you as quickly as possible.

You can then withdraw funds from your Personal Fund Account by transferring funds to any of your connected payment methods, including Direct Deposit, a Physical Prepaid Card, or a Virtual Card
