How to view and understand UpTogether active Commitments?

To view your UpTogether commitments, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit

  2. Scroll down until you reach the "Commitments" section 

  3. Click on the Commitment that you would like to view.

  4. You will now be able to view the details of your commitment such as:
        • Payment Information and Payment Schedule
        • More Details
        • Requirements for Participation
        • The option to terminate the commitment 
  5. Click on the back arrow next to Commitment Details to return to the Financials page to view other Commitments.  


Payment Status Meanings

  • Scheduled: the payment is scheduled and will be deposited by the payment date of the commitment

  • Fulfilled: UpTogether has already initiated a transfer to the preferred payment method 

  • Canceled: if the contract was terminated, future payments are canceled and will not be honored

  • Failed: the transfer was not successful
