Please note: Protecting the funds on the Prepaid Card is your responsibility. UpTogether cannot replace any money spent while a physical or virtual card is lost or stolen. Unauthorized charges will have to be disputed directly with the vendor.
You can check the balance on your physical or virtual UpTogether Card by going to the Payment Methods tab of your dashboard, where the balance is always available for review.
Please note: Due to normal delays in processing, the balance on your Payment Methods tab may not be up-to-date and won't accurately reflect the most recent charges or holds until all charges are cleared.
Both the physical and virtual cards work like a gift card and do not include a contact phone number or other option for checking your current balance online.
We recommend manually keeping track of all purchases to maintain your most current balance.
