Most standard fund payments will be processed on the first day of each month. This does not include payments you may receive for participating in additional activities related to UpTogether (i.e. surveys). 

See below for when you can expect to receive your payment:

If your preferred payment receipt method is direct deposit, you can expect your payment to arrive in your account within 3-5 business days.

If your preferred payment receipt method is a physical UpTogether card, and you already have the card in your possession you can expect payment within 4 business days.

If your preferred payment receipt method is a physical UpTogether card, and we are mailing you a new card you should receive the card within 7-10 business days.

If your preferred payment receipt method is a virtual UpTogether card, you can expect to receive your payment within 3 business days.

If any of these days fall on a holiday or weekend, you can expect a delay of an additional business day based on your preferred payment receipt method.
