How do I contact UpTogether's Support Team?

UpTogether’s Support Team is available Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Eastern Time to assist members with questions and technical support. If you have a question that isn't answered by an article in the UpTogether Support Center, you can utilize several options to receive support from our team.

If you do not receive an immediate response, our team will get back to you within 24–48 business hours (excludes weekends & holidays).

Note: Although we will periodically check messages on Thursdays, we will not have live phone hours this day to attend required org meetings/trainings.

Our support line can be reached at 1 (878) 444-2932. Please leave a voicemail if an agent does not answer and someone will return your message within 24-48 hours if not sooner. All callbacks are completed in the order that it was received.

If you need assistance during non-business hours our Support Center is available to you 24/7 with helpful articles, often providing answers to questions you may have.

In addition to the above holidays, UpTogether is closed the day after Christmas through New Year's Eve (each year) and ½ days on Fridays during the summer months.
