If you have a question that isn't addressed by an article in the UpTogether Support Center, you can utilize several options to receive support from our team.
Here's how to get in contact with the Support Team by using the live chat feature:
Step 1
Click the Support button in the bottom-right corner of most UpTogether.org webpages.
Step 2
There are two ways to use the UpTogether chat button. You can start a conversation by clicking on the orange Send us a message button or you can find your answer by entering your question in the Search our articles search box. A list of commonly asked questions will also be listed for you to review.
Step 3
If you would like to start a conversation with a Support Agent, click on the Send us a message button and enter your question in the text box and click on the Send Message Icon in the bottom right hand corner. You will be connected to the first available agent during chat hours who will answer your question via live chat.
