Summer Hours

UpTogether offers summer support hours each year to balance member access with team sustainability. These hours apply only during the months of July and August.

  • Monday–Thursday (No Change): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET

  • Friday (Summer Hours Only): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET

During these hours, members may call, chat, text, or email the Support Team to connect with a representative or leave a message.

Response Time Commitment

Even during summer hours:

  • Support requests are handled in the order received

  • Most requests are answered the same business day

  • All requests receive a response within 24–48 business hours

    • Phone Calls: You must leave a voicemail indicating you would like a call back and provide call back details.

Outside of business hours, members may still submit requests, which will be addressed the next business day.
