Replacement card fee
The fee to replace a lost or stolen card is $3.50.
If there are unauthorized debits to your card, there is no fee to replace your card.
Inactivity fee
An inactivity fee of $4.95 per month will be deducted from your balance beginning on the 13th month after each 12-month period of inactivity. (Activity includes payouts from UpTogether, even if you have not spent any of the money.) To avoid this fee, use your card at least once a year after your last payout from UpTogether, even if it’s just to buy a pack of gum.
