How can I request a replacement card?

To request a replacement card you will need to contact our Support team at 1.878.444.2932. Your card can be reissued for any of the following reasons;

  • Lost or stolen card

  • Card is damaged or not working

  • Never received the original card

  • Card has been compromised

Your card will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Once you have received your card, you will need to login to your UpTogether profile, go to your virtual wallet and click the “Activate Card” button OR call the number on your card.
