If you don’t receive your card within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays/weekends) of requesting it, please contact the UpTogether Support Team before making an additional request for a new card, as shipping delays may have occurred.

Note: If your card is stolen or lost, there is a replacement fee of $3.50
