Members can now choose to receive eligible payments through Venmo or PayPal. These new features offer a faster, more convenient way to receive funds without linking a bank account. To avoid delays, members should ensure their Venmo or PayPal accounts are active and that their contact information is up to date. Adding Venmo and PayPal is part of our continued effort to reduce barriers and give members more choice in how they receive support.

Transfer limit: $1,000
NOTE: Please make sure the information you add (email or phone # of the recipient) is accurate before you hit send or else you risk sending it to someone else.
PAYPAL
Select the payment method “PayPal”

2. Enter your PayPal email or phone number AND the amount you would like to transfer, click “Next”

3. Confirm your transaction details and click “Send”
4. Congratulations! You have sent your money to PayPal.
5. Accept your money via email/text
VENMO
Click on Venmo.
2. For Destination Account: Type the associated email address (or phone #) of the Venmo Account you are transferring too.
3. For amount: Type in the amount you wish to transfer to Venmo.
4. Click "NEXT"
5. Review your information and click "SEND"
6. Click "CLOSE"
7. You will receive an email/text confirming the transaction
