If you do not want to use the virtual in your virtual wallet, you can transfer money from your virtual card to a physical card, a check or to your bank account.
Here’s how:
Sign in to your UpTogether Profile and go to your Virtual Wallet here.
Click Login to My Account and enter your account's phone number or email address to receive the Magic Link.
Click on the Magic Link
From here, click “Go to Your Virtual Wallet.”
Once they’re in your Virtual Wallet, and the funds are there, you can either:
Request a physical card by clicking “Send Physical Card.”
If doing this on your mobile device, click on "Actions" and scroll down until you see "Send Physical Card"
If doing this process on computer, no need to click "Actions", you will just need to scroll down and click "Send Physical Card"
A new page will open, please fill all the fields by adding your address information. You will then click "Next".
A summary of the card request will then appear, please revise that all is correct then click "Send".
Request a check by clicking "Send Check."
If doing this on your mobile device, click on "Actions" and scroll down until you see "Send Check"
If doing this process on computer, no need to click "Actions", you will just need to scroll down and click "Send Check"
A new page will open, please fill all the fields by adding your address information (ensure to fill the memo section). You will then click "Next".
A summary of the check request will then appear, please revise that all is correct then click "Send".
Have funds sent to your bank of choice by clicking “ Withdrawal.”
