Yes! You can now make your Bank withdrawals recurring in your Virtual Wallet.

First, log into your UpTogether Account and make sure you are on your Financials Page.

Then click on "Go to Your Virtual Wallet."

Then click "Actions" and scroll down until you see the "Withdraw" button and click it.

From the Bank Withdraw screen, enter the Amount you want to transfer. Select your bank and switch the "Make Recurring" button on.

Then, select "How often?" and pick your days depending on how often you want the transfers to occur. A $5 fee will apply if you choose to make more than one transfer in a month.

Then choose the "Start date" when you want the transfers to happen and select OK.

Note: You CAN only create transfers with funds in your wallet. Please ensure the funds are in your wallet before making them recurring or a regular transfer.

Then click NEXT.

The next screen will give you time to ensure that this is how you want your bank withdrawal to occur.

Now, you are all set to receive recurring transfers.

If you are having any problems, please contact the UpTogether Support Team through Chat or Phone; any agent will be happy to walk you through the process or answer any questions you may have.

Note: When making recurring payments, please make sure that the transfer amount that you scheduled is the same amount or less than the amount that you received on your payment schedule. (i.e. If you receive $100 per month, please make sure that your recurring payment does not exceed that amount).
