You don’t have to take any additional steps to activate your virtual card. You can use it immediately for online purchases or add it to a wallet app like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
If your card isn’t working—even though it has funds available in your virtual wallet, or you have not received your commitment payment, it may be due to the card being inactive. You can reach out to us or contact our payment processor at 855.449.2273 to confirm whether the card is active or not.
Note: When you “Tap to Pay” to pay using your Virtual Card in your Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), you may be required to set up a PIN for that card, here are the steps.
