Yes you can! You can add your virtual card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay. See the steps below:
Apple Pay
If using your Wallet app
Select the “+” sign at the top right.
Choose “Credit or Debit Card.”
Enter your virtual card details.
If using your Wallet from the phone Settings
4. Select “Add Card.”
Google Pay
From the Home Screen, select “Payment” at the bottom.
Select “+ Payment method” at the bottom.
Choose “Credit or debit card.”
Enter your virtual card details.
Samsung Pay
If this is the first card you’re adding to Samsung Pay
From the Home Screen, select “+ Credit/debit.”
Select “Add credit/debit card.”
Enter your virtual card details.
If you have added cards to Samsung Pay before
From the Home Screen, select “+ Credit/debit.” You will then see the cards you previously added to Samsung Pay.
Select the blue icon on the bottom right of your screen to add a new card.
Select “Add credit/debit card.”
Enter your virtual card details.
