There has been an adjustment to Virtual Wallet access. Members NOT expecting a payment will not be able to use, create, or access the Virtual Wallet.
For those members without scheduled payments or a payout history who have already created a Virtual Wallet, you will not lose access to it and its features.
If you are expecting a payment and are not able to create your virtual wallet, contact us immediately to resolve this for you.
