Virtual Wallet Access

There has been an adjustment to Virtual Wallet access. Members NOT expecting a payment will not be able to use, create, or access the Virtual Wallet.

If a Virtual Wallet is created but does not receive any funds, it will be automatically closed in 6 months. Contact the support team if your virtual wallet has been closed and you are scheduled to receive funds.

You can setup your virtual wallet 30 minutes after you submit an application. If you are not able to create your virtual wallet, contact us immediately to resolve this for you.
