How to update your address on the Virtual Wallet

Keeping your address up to date in your Virtual Wallet is essential. When requesting a physical card, check, or using your virtual card, accurate address information helps ensure your card is delivered correctly and supports a smooth payment experience. NOTE: Keeping your address up to date in your UpTogether profile is NOT the same as updating it in your virtual wallet.

To update your address follow the steps below:

  1. Once you are in your Virtual Wallet, click “view card information”

2. The screen below is what you will see, be sure your name is correct. The address below is auto populated, which is our payment processor’s address. Click “change address” to enter your address.

3. Top and bottom of what it will look like when you are updating your address. Click “NEXT”.

4. Finally, you will be prompted to confirm the information you’ve entered, click “Save” once you verify. If the address does not save or gives you an error message, it may be that the address is not valid. Please make sure it is an accurate address including correct spelling. (Ex: 2nd line address is only for apartment or unit #’s)
