Yes. You can transfer money from your virtual card to a physical card or your bank account.
Here’s how:
Sign in to your UpTogether Profile and go to your Virtual Wallet here.
Click Login to My Account and enter your account's phone number or email address to receive the Magic Link.
Click the Magic Link
From here, click “Go to Your Virtual Wallet.”
Once they’re in your Virtual Wallet, and the funds are there, you can either:
Request a physical card by clicking “Send Physical Card.”
Have funds sent to your bank of choice by clicking “ Withdrawal.”
Click here to view the fees and purchase limits of each choice. If you receive an error with the physical sent to you or cannot find your bank, please contact the payment processor by calling 1-855-449-2273, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST, except holidays.
