If you do not want to use the virtual in your virtual wallet, you can transfer money from your virtual card to a physical card, a check or to your bank account.
Here’s how:
Sign in to your UpTogether Profile and go to your Virtual Wallet here.
Click Login to My Account and enter your account's phone number or email address to receive the Magic Link.
Click on the Magic Link
From here, click “Go to Your Virtual Wallet.”
Once they’re in your Virtual Wallet, and the funds are there, you can either:
Request a physical card by clicking “Send Physical Card.”
Request a check by clicking "Send Check."
Have funds sent to your bank of choice by clicking “ Withdrawal.”
Click here to view the fees and purchase limits of each choice. If you receive an error when selecting the physical card (or check) or cannot find your bank, please contact the payment processor by calling 1-855-449-2273, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST, except holidays.
