What if the phone with my virtual card information is lost or stolen?

If you no longer have access to your phone which contains your UpTogether virtual card information, and you do not have access to your email or your email is also compromised, contact UpTogether at 1 (878)444-2932 to have your information updated (once you have a new email address or phone number).

UpTogether cannot replace any money spent while your card is lost or stolen. If you need to dispute a transaction, please file a dispute by calling 1-855-449-2273, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, except holidays.
