You can check your card account balance in two ways:
Log in and view your virtual wallet here.
From here, click “Go to Your Virtual Wallet.”
Once there, you should see the balance on the top of the screen, where you can find your name.
Call 1-855-449-2273 and choose option “3” to hear your current balance.
