After selecting 'Send Physical Card,' you will be prompted to enter the address to which you'd like your card sent.
If you live in an Apt/Unit #, ensure you add that in the 2nd address box (please see image below). If you do not have an apartment or unit #, please leave this line blank. DO NOT repeat your address.
Once complete, double-check your address before submitting it to ensure its accuracy. Then, take a moment to confirm the details before proceeding and click 'Send.'
Once your physical card has been requested, it typically arrives within 7-10 business days.
