After selecting 'Send Physical Card,' you will be prompted to enter the address to which you'd like your card sent.
If you live in an Apt/Unit #, ensure you add that in the 2nd address box (please see image below).
Once complete, double-check your address before submitting it to ensure its accuracy. Then, take a moment to confirm the details before proceeding and click 'Send.'
